comfortable room mountain panorama simple breakfast
the triple room was comfortable with a balcony. i especially liked the wonderful mountain panorama views. breakfast offered a good simple start to the day.
the ski storage room was quite small.

The staff were helpful , assisting with directions. they promptly addressed a minor issue with the shower. this quick response added to the positive experience. Though the parking was expensive!

broken hairdryer missing remote
the room was a good size and the location was acceptable.
i found several issues. the hairdryer was broken, quite inconvenient. the shower gel dispenser needed repair, and i could not find the tv remote. also, the bedside light was not working.

convenient parking room upgrade lovely terrace
the location was perfect, right in the town center.. parking at the hotel was so convenient. i received a room upgrade and enjoyed a lovely terrace. the mountain view from my room was fine and i really liked that.
the sound insulation was minimal, and i could hear noise.
